We had a fantastic stay at 162 Northfield, Skipsea Sands. the caravan was lovely and clean, with everything we needed. It was located on the outskirts of the park, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. the seaview was beautiful, and we loved being just a short 30-metre walk away from the beach access on the cliff top. the added bonus of having WiFi was great, and the owners even provided milk and tea/coffee sachets. It was a perfect fit for our budget and we highly recommend it. Cons: Don't have any issues at all! 😊.

The location of the caravan was great, with a nice seaview and easy beach access just a short walk away. We appreciated the added bonus of having WiFi available during our stay. The caravan itself was clean, fitted our budget, and had everything we needed as a family with 2 small kids. The central heating and lovely bedding made it cozy, and we found the abundance of utensils and cutlery, as well as the air fryer, very useful. The on-site pool was fantastic, although it was unfortunately closed during our visit due to it being Christmas.
Felt spoilt, no complaint.

Had a fab romantic escape at this place! the seaview was amazing and we could easily access the beach, just a short walk away! Plus, the wifi was a nice bonus. the owners even left us some tea, coffee, and milk, so thoughtful! the place was super clean and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was away from the noise, so it was really peaceful at night. Loved our cozy van!
Can't think of any negatives, really. Great location for exploring the East Coast and such a cozy and peaceful stay.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff found my lost wallet once and I never forget it. It suits me perfectly with free parking, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and pets allowed. I'm coming back for holiday.

The seaview was lovely, perfect for my afternoon tea and sarcastic people-watching. The beach was just a short walk away, so I could easily escape the noise of people coming back from the club. Oh, and the added bonus of wifi, because who needs to disconnect from the world anyway?
Yeah, right, like there was anything to complain about. Everything was simply fabulous.

I loved the peacefulness of the outskirts of the park, away from the noise of the club. The seaview and easy access to the beach were definite highlights, as well as the added bonus of having WiFi. The owners were thoughtful in leaving milk and tea/coffee sachets, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this caravan for a relaxing and budget-friendly getaway.
